next to the hotel. A championship 18-hole course, it
has been carefully landscaped to blend with the nat-

Day 1
Thursday departures from London
Heathrow on Thai Airways.
Day 2
Arrive Bangkok and transfer to the
Landmark Hotel. Day at leisure to
explore one of the most exciting cities
of the East.
Day 3
Join the cooking school of the Nipa
Thai restaurant where you will have
the opportunity to prepare Thai
snacks, appetisers, main dishes and
desserts. The cooking class offers a
hands-on experience and the instruc-
tion emphasises practicality and inven-
tiveness.
Day 4
Make an early start by coach for the
bustling floating market at Damnoen
Saduak, 110kms from Bangkok. Take
a long-tailed speedboat along the
Bangkok Klongs to the market where
you will see the locals selling local pro-
duce from their boats.
Day 5
Transfer from hotel to Bangkok Airport
for short flight to Chiang Rai where
you will stay for five nights at the
Anantara Resort & Spa Golden
Triangle.
Day 6
Attend a morning cooking class which
includes a trip to the local Chiang
Saen Market. Return to the hotel
where you will have a chance to cook
a wide selection of Thai food.
Day 7-8
Two full days to explore Chiang Rai.
Take a tour to the Golden Triangle
where the borders of Myanmar, Laos
and Thailand meet.
Day 9
Afternoon cooking class including a
visit to the Nursery herb garden. Join
the Thai chef and make traditional
Thai dishes including Tom Yam Soup,
Red Curry & Phad Thai.
Day 10
Depart Chiang Rai for return flight to
London Heathrow via Bangkok.
